Dear Fellow alumni,

Greetings!

Pleased be informed that we are planning to celebrate our  15^th year ALUMNI HOMECOMING FOR THE YEAR 2006, with  the vision of helping each other and connecting our business for the attainment of our continuous progress.

In line of the above, we have a set or temporary officers to initiate initials acts in planning the said activity. Series of meetings were conducted and attended by our fellow alumni. We have agreed during those meetings to collect an amount of Fifty pesos (P50.00) for every alumnus as registration fee and serve as our initials funds.

Aiming to ensure the success of the program, we will have a GENERAL ASSEMBLY   to be conducted on December 11, 2004, 7:00 pm at RTU-LHS mini quadrangle. There will be a contribution of P200.00 pesos to cover the supposed-expense as well as to finance all the overhead expenses that we may incur in this event. Should there be any excess from the cash you shared; rest assured that such will proceed to the Alumni Association’s Fund to better finance future programs. In this event, we will discuss the following agendas

                        a.       By-laws of the organization

                        b.      Election of officers

c.       Fixed schedule of the Homecoming

d.      Souvenir programs
